HOMEMADE PLAYDOUGH

Jan 27, 2016

My kids LOVE playdough, my least favorite but their absolute favorite. Every single time we buy it for them they get all the colors mixed up and it dries out within a couple of days. My husband had said absolutely no more playdough because it had gotten on the carpet and it was a pain getting it out. But Sophia has been asking for it everytime she sees it at the store and since i'm the cool mom (lol) I decided to make it this past weekend and let the kids do it themselves. I had Sophia mix all the ingredients and she had an absolute blast. It was really easy to make and it smelled super yummy. Even daddy joined in on the fun and the kids played with it for hours. I plan on making some as party favors with all sorts of colors for Sophia's birthday coming up in a few months, it's practically edible so it will be a good substitute for candy. Haha jk!

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

WHITE FLOUR 1 CUP
WARM WATER 1 CUP
COOKING OIL 2TBSP

CREAM OF TARTAR 2 TBSP
