I've always loved old wood soda crates and I've
had this 7up soda crate for a couple of years now and it hasn't really gotten much use. When I decided to make a little coffee station for myself I knew I wanted to display my mugs in a unique way and that's when the crate came into mind. This project was super easy and cost me nothing since I already had everything on hand.

wood crate
piece of 2x2 wood
screws
power drill (optional)
What I did was measure the inside of the crate for the 2x2
held it in place and screwed two screws on each side
My piece is still unfinished, I want to paint the 2x2 the color of the crate to have it match.
